By The Respondent Reporter

The excitement on PIKU Africa’s digital auction platform reached new heights today, September 13, 2025, as the company announced and handed over prizes to winners of the third phase of its promotion.

Jakson Ngonji, the first-place winner, took home a 55-inch LG smart television and a one-year internet bundle.

Jonathan Paul, who came second, received a men’s combo set including perfumes, portable devices, and a modern watch.

Niovita Shayo, the third-place winner, walked away with a Samsung smartphone and a Bluetooth speaker.

Speaking at the handover event, PIKU Africa Communications and Media Manager Barnabas Mbunda said the platform was proud to see more than nine winners claim prizes through its digital auctions.

He highlighted that all electronic products awarded come with one-year insurance, giving participants confidence in the safety and durability of their prizes.

Mbunda also revealed that the promotion continues with bigger auctions ahead. The grand prize is a Toyota Raum car, which will include 100 liters of fuel every month for a year, free annual maintenance, and full insurance.

A new TVS motorcycle will also be awarded, complete with a helmet, reflector, 30 liters of fuel each month, and insurance for a year.

Tickets for the auction are sold in various bundles, ranging from Sh. 1,000 for 10 tickets to Sh. 100,000 for 1,000 tickets. Mbunda stressed that the more tickets participants buy, the higher their chances of winning.

Jakson Ngonji said he was thrilled to win the television with a small bid and encouraged other Tanzanians, especially young people, to participate.

“It’s a unique opportunity to get high-value products at minimal cost,” he said.

PIKU Africa continues to lead in online auctions, offering Tanzanians access to quality products affordably through a transparent and innovative digital platform.
