European Union Business Group Tanzania successfully concluded its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Dar es Salaam, bringing together members, partners, and business leaders for a productive morning of dialogue, reflection, and strategic planning.
The meeting served as an important platform to review the organization’s progress, present financial and operational updates, and discuss key priorities shaping the future of the European-Tanzanian business community.
The AGM also featured the election of new Board Members who will help steer EUBG into its next phase of growth and collaboration.
During the gathering, EUBG expressed sincere appreciation to the outgoing Board Members for their dedication, visionary leadership, and invaluable contribution to the organization over the years.
“We sincerely thank the outgoing Board Members for their commitment and continued support towards strengthening the business relationship between Europe and Tanzania. Their contribution has played a significant role in EUBG’s growth and impact,” part of the statement noted.
At the same time, the organization warmly welcomed and congratulated the newly elected Board Members, expressing confidence in working closely with them to further advance EUBG’s vision and strengthen business cooperation between European and Tanzanian stakeholders.
EUBG also commended its members for their active participation, constructive feedback, and continued trust in the organization, describing member engagement as a key pillar behind the institution’s ongoing success and influence within Tanzania’s business landscape.
