DAR ES SALAAM: Group Chief Executive Officer of Hanspaul Group, Satbir Singh Hanspaul, has received four awards at the President’s Manufacturer of the Year Awards (PMAYA) 2026, recognising the group’s contribution to Tanzania’s manufacturing sector.
The awards recognised four companies under the Hanspaul Group, namely Dharam Singh Hanspaul & Sons Ltd., Hanspaul Industries Ltd., Hanspaul Automechs Ltd., and E Motion Africa.
The recognition highlights the group’s growing presence across Tanzania’s manufacturing and industrial landscape, while underscoring its commitment to innovation, production and contribution to the country’s industrial development agenda.
Following the achievement, the group expressed its appreciation to President Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan for her continued efforts to strengthen and promote Tanzania’s private sector.
The group also extended its gratitude to the Confederation of Tanzania Industries (CTI), the Government of Tanzania and respective ministries for their continued support to the manufacturing industry and private-sector development.
Hanspaul Group further dedicated the awards to its customers, employees, partners and other stakeholders, whose trust and commitment have contributed to the group’s progress.
“Four Awards. One Group. One Vision,” the group said, highlighting its commitment to building on the achievement and advancing its industrial ambitions.
The PMAYA awards come at a time when Tanzania continues to place emphasis on strengthening local manufacturing, value addition and private-sector participation in driving economic growth.
