Tanzanian boxer Ramadhan Seif Mkwakwambe has expressed strong confidence of securing victory in his upcoming international bout scheduled for April 25 this year in Germany.
His coach, Said Seif Hoffu, said the team has completed intensive preparations aimed at ensuring the boxer delivers a strong performance while proudly representing Tanzania on the global stage.
Mkwakwambe departed the country on Tuesday, heading to Quakenbrück, Germany, where the fight will take place.
The bout is expected to offer him an important platform to showcase his talent and gain valuable international exposure.
Speaking to The Respondent Online, Coach Hoffu said Mkwakwambe has been prepared both physically and mentally to handle the demands of international competition.
He noted that the boxer has shown consistent improvement throughout training and remains highly motivated ahead of the fight.
Hoffu explained that the training programme focused on strengthening discipline, endurance, and tactical awareness, ensuring the boxer is well-equipped to face different styles in the ring.
He added that Mkwakwambe has responded positively to all technical instructions and is in excellent condition ahead of the bout.
According to him, the camp is confident that the boxer is ready to compete at a higher level and take full advantage of the opportunity abroad.
He emphasized that international fights are crucial in building experience, exposure, and long-term career growth for athletes.
For his part, Mkwakwambe said he is fully prepared for the challenge and is going into the fight with determination and focus.
He stressed that his main objective is to perform well and secure victory for himself and the country.
“I am well prepared and ready for the fight. My focus is to win and represent Tanzania well. I have no fear going into this bout,” said Mkwakwambe.
He also called on Tanzanians to support him through prayers and encouragement, saying it will boost his morale as he steps into the ring in Germany.
With both the coach and the boxer expressing confidence, the camp believes Mkwakwambe has the potential to deliver a strong performance and return home with victory.
