TRA United will tomorrow face Azam FC in a crucial NBC Tanzania Premier League fixture at the Sheikh Amri Abeid Stadium as the hosts continue their push for a top-four finish.

Speaking ahead of the match, TRA United spokesperson Christina Mwagala said the team is in high spirits and fully prepared to fight for maximum points against the visitors from Dar es Salaam.

She noted that the players remain confident of achieving their target, insisting that every remaining fixture is winnable as the club seeks to strengthen its position in the league standings.

“We still have a realistic chance of finishing fourth because the remaining matches are within our reach. We respect every opponent, but we are confident in our ability to deliver results. We are ready to welcome Azam tomorrow and fight for all three points,” she said.

Mwagala also urged fans to fill the stadium and rally behind the team during the important clash, saying supporters’ encouragement would give players extra motivation on the pitch.

The encounter is expected to attract strong attention as both sides continue battling for important points in the closing stages of the league campaign.
