JKT Tanzania, Fountain Gate, and Coastal Union showcased their strength and home advantage by securing vital three points in today’s NBC Tanzania Mainland Premier League matches held across the country.
JKT Tanzania edged past TRA United with a narrow 1–0 victory at Major General Isamuhyo Stadium in Dar es Salaam. The win propelled JKT to the top of the league table with 13 points, highlighting their growing momentum this season.
Coastal Union also enjoyed a strong home performance, defeating Mbeya City 2–0 at CCM Mkwakwani Stadium in Tanga.
However, the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) later suspended the stadium due to concerns that its infrastructure does not meet official league standards.
Elsewhere, Fountain Gate handed Tanzania Prisons a 1–0 defeat at Tanzanite Stadium in Kwaraa, Babati, in Manyara Region, demonstrating their determination to climb the league standings.
These results underline the importance of home advantage and signal a competitive race at the top of the NBC Tanzania Mainland Premier League this season.
