TDS Girls continue to shine, securing a 2-0 victory over Aigle Noir in the ongoing CAF U17 Girls Integrated Football Tournament at Azam Complex in Chamazi, Dar es Salaam.
The first goal came in the 59th minute, scored by Asha Omary, while Helena Mtundazi added the second goal in the 76th minute. By the end of the 90-minute match, TDS Girls maintained their 2-0 lead.
TDS Girls coach Hilda Masanche acknowledged the need for adjustments, especially in the finishing department.
Meanwhile, Aigle Noir coach Jean Christophe attributed their loss to a lack of experience, noting that his young team faced a well-coordinated and skilled opponent.
