Sotta Mining Corporation Limited (Sotta), a Tanzanian joint venture owned 80% by Perseus Mining Limited and 20% by the Government of Tanzania, has invited qualified suppliers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for the supply of KSB parts and consumables for the Nyanzaga Gold Project in Mwanza Region.
The project, located in Sengerema District about 60 km southwest of Mwanza, is under development and includes a gold processing plant, an open-pit mine, and supporting infrastructure.
Sotta requires genuine KSB brand parts for preventive maintenance of the mill plant, emphasizing stock availability to reduce operational costs.
Suppliers must be official KSB distributors, manage the entire supply chain to Dar es Salaam, and demonstrate experience in the mining sector.
Interested companies are expected to provide detailed information on ownership, organizational structure, local content compliance, previous mining projects, financial capacity, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance. Priority will be given to companies fully owned by Tanzanian citizens.
EOIs, referencing EOI/NGP/OPS/037 KSB Parts and Consumables Supplying, must include a two-page summary addressing the key requirements and submitted electronically by Monday, 13th April 2026. Evaluation will focus on qualifications, experience, and commercial capacity.
This move reflects Sotta Mining’s commitment to efficient operations, safety, and local participation at the Nyanzaga Gold Project.
