The District Administrative Secretary (DAS) of Same has officially launched the Customer Service Week at NMB Bank’s Same branch, urging citizens to make full use of the bank’s wide range of financial services including saving, accessing loans, and other services aimed at improving the lives of people from all walks of life.
During the event, the DAS engaged with representatives from various community groups, encouraging them to recognize the critical role of financial services in promoting individual and national economic development.
He emphasized that NMB Bank continues to be a key development partner in the progress of Same District.
This year’s Customer Service Week theme, “Mission Possible”, highlights the bank’s commitment and ability to help customers achieve their financial goals.
The NMB Same branch used the occasion to appreciate and recognize the invaluable support of its customers, which has significantly contributed to the bank’s growth and success.
In appreciation of both staff and customers, the DAS participated in the awarding of certificates of recognition to select employees and loyal customers as a symbol of gratitude for their outstanding contributions in delivering quality services within Same District.
