The Electricity Transmission and Distribution Construction and Rehabilitation Company (ETDCO) is actively seeking investment and partnership opportunities with leading companies in Japan.
Through the Tanzanian Embassy in Japan, ETDCO has engaged in discussions with prominent firms, including Toyota Tsusho Corporation and UPDATER INC, aiming to explore collaboration in the construction and rehabilitation of electrical infrastructure projects in Tanzania.
Speaking on the significance of these engagements, Acting General Manager of ETDCO, CPA Sadock Mugendi, highlighted that such partnerships provide a platform for knowledge exchange, company promotion, and the establishment of strategic collaborations with firms involved in electrical infrastructure development in Japan.
CPA Mugendi expressed gratitude to the Tanzanian Embassy in Japan for coordinating these crucial meetings.
The Japanese companies have shown interest in partnering with ETDCO, exploring the most effective ways to collaborate in the construction and rehabilitation sector of Tanzania’s power infrastructure.
