President Samia Suluhu Hassan has praised the Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank (TADB) for its exemplary performance in empowering farmers and advancing the agricultural sector.
Speaking today, August 8, 2025, at the peak of the National Nane Nane celebrations held at the Nzuguni grounds in Dodoma, the President highlighted TADB’s pivotal role in supporting farmers across the country.
“The outstanding work of TADB has strengthened its capacity to empower citizens and secure its position as the main sponsor of the Nane Nane exhibitions for the next five years,” President Samia said.
The annual Nane Nane event, hosted this year in Dodoma, gathers farmers, livestock keepers, and fishermen from all regions to showcase innovations and share knowledge aimed at boosting Tanzania’s agricultural productivity.
