Civic United Front (CUF) parliamentary aspirant Ms. Zainab Ham Abdul has officially submitted her nomination papers for the Kivule constituency at the office of the Dar es Salaam City Council Elections Officer, Mr. Faraja Nakua.
The nomination process, which opened earlier this week, is being conducted at the Elections Officer’s Arnautoglo offices and will continue until August 27, 2025, in line with the timetable set by the National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Ms. Zainab, representing CUF, joins a growing list of candidates preparing to contest in the upcoming elections, highlighting the competitive political landscape in Kivule.
The constituency, known for its active civic participation, is expected to witness keen campaigning as aspirants engage with residents ahead of the polls.
The INEC has urged all prospective candidates to complete their nominations within the prescribed period to ensure a smooth electoral process.
