Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) presidential running mate, Ambassador Dr. Emmanuel John Nchimbi, has officially launched his campaign in Mwanza, pledging continued development and unity under the ruling party’s leadership.
Dr. Nchimbi addressed a rally at the CCM grounds in Ngudu, Kwimba District, where he greeted residents and laid out the party’s message as the October general election campaign season begins.
In his speech, he emphasized CCM’s track record in driving socio-economic transformation, calling on citizens to support the party’s presidential candidate, parliamentary contenders, and councilor nominees.
He particularly endorsed Kwimba parliamentary candidate Bulala Mutesigwa, Sumve Member of Parliament Bujaga Charles, and several CCM councilor candidates, urging the electorate to back the party at all levels of leadership.
“The progress we have achieved as a nation is the result of strong leadership and the trust that Tanzanians have continued to place in CCM. We are determined to deepen these gains and expand opportunities for every citizen,” Dr. Nchimbi told the cheering crowd.
His campaign launch in Mwanza is the first stop in a series of nationwide engagements that will see CCM leaders reach voters across all regions in the weeks ahead.
