Leading businessman Mr. Saidi Salim Bakhresa has praised the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) for its ongoing efforts to provide tax education and resolve challenges faced by taxpayers.
Speaking during a visit from TRA officials led by Deputy Commissioner Gabriel Kimweri, Mr. Bakhresa highlighted the importance of taxpayers fulfilling their obligations to support national development.
“TRA’s work in educating and assisting taxpayers is commendable. I urge all eligible taxpayers to pay their dues fully to help build a better nation,” he said.
Mr. Kimweri emphasized that TRA will continue to strengthen its June campaign aimed at improving taxpayer awareness and offering quick solutions to tax issues.
