Singida BS to host matches at Tanzanite Kwaraa Stadium

By Flora Mkoloma

Singida Black Stars has announced that they will use the Tanzanite Kwaraa Stadium in Babati, Manyara Region, as their home ground for the upcoming CRDB Cup match against KMC on March 13, 2025.

This decision follows the temporary closure of the CCM Liti Stadium, which had previously served as their home venue for domestic matches.

Hussein Massanza, the Head of Media and Communications for Singida Black Stars, confirmed that the club will utilize the Tanzanite Kwaraa Stadium while renovations continue at the CCM Liti Stadium.

He explained that the club’s management, the stadium's owner, and other key stakeholders in Singida are working on the necessary upgrades to ensure the CCM Liti Stadium is ready for upcoming NBC Premier League fixtures.

“We have received the board's recommendations, which is why we have sought an alternative venue that has already been approved. This will be our temporary home ground while we await the completion of minor renovations,” Massanza stated.

He also urged fans and supporters to turn out in large numbers to cheer on Singida BS in the upcoming match against KMC at the Tanzanite Kwaraa Stadium.
