After arriving in Egypt, Simba SC is set to begin a training program today as they prepare for their quarter-final match against Al Masry in the CAF Confederation Cup (CAFCC), scheduled for April 2, 2025, in Egypt.

The team has established a four-day training camp in Ismailia to sharpen their skills ahead of the crucial encounter.

Simba’s Communications and Media Manager, Ahmed Ally, confirmed that the squad is now at full strength, with players who were previously part of the national team in Morocco having joined the rest of the squad.

Ally added that the team arrived safely, and the players are in excellent condition, eager to begin their preparations for the upcoming match.

“We’ve successfully completed the first task of arriving in Egypt. The second task is to train for four days, and after that, we’ll head to the competition venue to complete the third task: facing our opponents,” Ally explained.

He also encouraged Egyptian fans to turn out in large numbers to support the team, motivating the players to perform at their best and achieve their goal of reaching the semi-finals before returning to Tanzania.
