Precision Air has expressed pride in the success of its flights to Comoros, with the Moroni route now ranking as the second most profitable among all its destinations.
This shows the growing demand for travel between Tanzania and Comoros, making Precision Air an important airline in the region.
Speaking during a meeting with Tanzania’s Ambassador to Comoros, Saidi Yakubu, Precision Air’s Country Manager in Comoros, Mohamed Rajab Juma, said the Moroni route has been the second most profitable after Nairobi for two years in a row.
He explained that this success comes from the increasing number of passengers who trust and prefer Precision Air.
To meet the rising demand, the airline has increased its flights to Comoros to four times a week. According to Juma, most of these flights are fully booked, showing that many people rely on this service.
He thanked the Tanzanian Embassy in Comoros for its continued support, which has helped the airline operate smoothly.
Juma also shared the airline’s future plans, which include adding more flights to serve all the Comorian islands. This expansion will improve connections within the country, making travel easier for residents and boosting economic activities.
Ambassador Yakubu congratulated Precision Air on its achievements and encouraged the airline to continue improving its services.
He also urged the airline to consider offering affordable cargo transport, especially for food products. Since Comoros imports a lot of food, cheaper cargo transport would help businesses and ensure people get essential goods at better prices.
With its continued success in Comoros, Precision Air is not only strengthening its position in the airline industry but also helping to build stronger economic and diplomatic ties between Tanzania and Comoros. The airline’s expansion plans will improve transport and trade, benefiting both countries.
As Precision Air grows, it remains focused on providing reliable services and exploring new opportunities.
Its commitment to customer satisfaction and regional development will help it maintain its position as one of East Africa’s leading airlines.
