JKT Queens thrash City Light 10-0 in CAF U17 girls tournament

JKT Queens delivered a spectacular performance, securing a resounding 10-0 victory over City Light in the CAF U17 Girls Integrated Football Tournament match held today at Azam Complex, Chamazi. 

The match began with Yasinta Mitoga opening the scoring in the 3rd minute, setting the tone for a dominant display. Sundy Masasila quickly followed up with the second goal in the 7th minute.

In the 33rd minute, Winifrida Gerald added the third goal, further extending JKT Queens’ lead. Just two minutes later, Janeth Matulanga slotted in the fourth goal in the 35th minute, putting the team in complete control of the game. 

The team’s fifth goal came in the 45th minute through a penalty expertly converted by Winifrida Gerald. The forward completed her hat trick by adding two more goals in the 61st and 85th minutes, showcasing her impeccable skills.

Adija Sanyenge joined the scoresheet with two brilliant strikes in the 77th and 82nd minutes, making it nine goals for JKT Queens. 

Christer Bazil capped off the dominant performance with the 10th goal in the 90th minute, sealing one of the most memorable victories of the tournament.

JKT Queens Starting XI included Mwanaidi Juma, Aneth Idama, Lidya Kabambo, Furaha Kifaru, Christer Bazil, Devotha Isack, Janeth Matulanga, Sundy Masasila, Yasinta Mitoga, Winifrida Gerald, and Adija Sanyenge. On the other side.

 City Light fielded Ceasarina Moses, Rahma Dafalla, Alice Wilson, Emmanuel Wani, Lidia Wilson, Nyamam Deng, Amina Kenyi, Hellen Friday, Nancy Taban, Anna Khamis, and Paska Abel.
