Despite securing a 3-1 victory over Mashujaa, Dodoma City Head Coach Meck Mexime has admitted that there are still mistakes that need to be addressed.

He plans to focus on these areas during upcoming training sessions.

Dodoma City took the lead in the 12th minute with a goal from Mwana Daud Kibute, followed by Luluhoshi Hember, who added a second goal in the 16th minute.

In the 83rd minute, Zidane Semen scored Dodoma City's third goal, while Mashujaa managed to pull one back in the 90+1 minute with a consolation goal.

Speaking after the match, Mexime emphasized the importance of minimizing mistakes to improve the team's overall performance.

"We are analyzing and preparing for future matches to perform better and reduce errors," he said.

"I always say that players make mistakes, and while we scored three goals, we must consider our opponents.

Remember, teams like Simba, Yanga, Azam, and Singida Black Stars are always challenging."

Meanwhile, Mashujaa's Head Coach Abdallah Mohamed Bares pointed out that the team's lack of focus in defense led to conceding quick goals, which ultimately cost them the match.

"Our opponents capitalized on our mistakes by scoring early, and that allowed them to take away the three points," said Bares.
