Residents of Isimani Constituency have continued to show growing confidence in parliamentary candidate Emmanuela Mtatifikolo of Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) as she intensifies her campaign trail with promises aimed at improving livelihoods and accelerating development across the constituency.
During her latest campaign tour in Izazi Ward and surrounding villages, including the Malawi area, Emmanuela received a warm welcome from wananchi as she shared her vision for better healthcare, improved infrastructure, reliable water supply and enhanced agricultural productivity.
Speaking to residents, the CCM candidate said her leadership would focus on delivering practical solutions to long-standing challenges affecting communities in Isimani.
She pledged to prioritize the construction of dispensaries in order to bring healthcare services closer to wananchi and reduce the hardships faced by residents seeking treatment far from their homes.
Emmanuela also unveiled plans to support farmers through the construction of the Mkombozi irrigation scheme from Pawaga to Makuka, a project expected to transform rice farming by ensuring reliable water supply throughout the year.
She noted that strengthening irrigation infrastructure would help increase agricultural production and improve incomes for farming families.
On infrastructure development, she promised to oversee the completion of the Makuka–Mnadani road, saying the project would simplify transportation, open up business opportunities and improve access to social services within the constituency.
The aspiring legislator further assured wananchi that her leadership would focus on improving essential services by completing the water network project in Makuka B sub-village while expanding electricity access through the Rural Energy Agency (REA) to areas that are still without power.
According to Emmanuela, development should directly touch the lives of ordinary citizens through improved services and expanded economic opportunities.
She emphasized that her commitment is to ensure every village in Isimani benefits from meaningful and sustainable development projects.
As she concluded her campaign rally, Emmanuela called on residents to participate fully in the upcoming June election and support her bid for Parliament, expressing confidence that together they can bring greater progress and prosperity to Isimani Constituency.
