The Deputy Minister stressed the importance of discussing opportunities within the Union, including ongoing projects across both regions, which can contribute to income generation and economic growth.
Dr. Dugange further highlighted that the Union has acted as a catalyst for economic development, supporting sustainable initiatives such as carbon trading, forestry management, and marine resource projects.
“We commend our national leaders, President Hon. Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan and President Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, for their efforts in strengthening social services and infrastructure, which benefit both sides of the Union,” he said.
