We owe Dr. Samia Nothing, let critics endure – Nchimbi

By Our Reporter

As Tanzania marks the first 100 days of President Samia Suluhu Hassan’s second term, Dar es Salaam resident Mr. Bosco Nchimbi praised the government for delivering visible development across the country.

Speaking to journalists on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, in Temeke, Mr. Nchimbi said he has witnessed several governments and believes President Samia has transformed the delivery of social services and accelerated development projects nationwide.

“I personally owe Mama nothing. She has done a lot that everyone can see. Even those who attack her leadership—I believe they do not understand. Just look at the roads and other projects,” he said.

He added: “That is why people ask, who else but Mama? If a house stands strong, it is because of her guidance. Truly, she works hard. Remember, the tree that bears fruit gets stones thrown at it. Mama, I say, let them endure.”

Mr. Nchimbi’s remarks highlight public admiration for President Samia’s leadership and show how her early initiatives already impact Tanzanian communities.
