President Samia emerges as a role model for Tanzanian Girls

President Samia Suluhu Hassan has been widely recognized by Tanzanian women and girls as a role model, admired for her exceptional leadership and the positive impact she continues to make on the nation. 

Her courage, determination, and commitment to development have earned her praise across the country.

Asina Sancho, a young entrepreneur, said President Samia has inspired girls to believe in their abilities, pursue their goals, and overcome challenges.

“President Samia has given us the confidence to stand tall and achieve our dreams, even in the toughest times. She has shown us that nothing is impossible. Despite facing criticism, she remains resilient and forgiving, setting an example for all of us,” Sancho said.

Speaking to journalists today, January 28, 2026, Sancho commended the President for delivering on her development agenda, particularly improvements in social services and initiatives that benefit Tanzanians across the country.

Highlighting the first 100 days of her second term, Sancho noted that President Samia has already started implementing key campaign promises, including the launch of the Universal Health Insurance scheme and the creation of over 12,000 jobs in the health and education sectors, reinforcing her commitment to the well-being and empowerment of Tanzanians.

Through her leadership, President Samia is not only transforming public service delivery but also inspiring a new generation of girls to pursue their ambitions with confidence.
