Simba SC’s Head of Information and Communication, Ahmed Ally, has called on the club’s supporters to turn out in large numbers to back the team in the CAF Champions League return leg against Esperance de Tunis on February 1, 2026, at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.
Speaking at the launch of Simba SC’s new Kurasini branch in Mbagala, Ally stressed that a full stadium could play a key role in driving the team to victory.
“To ensure fans can support the team without financial barriers, we have set affordable ticket prices at Tsh 3,000,” he said.
Ally noted that Simba must secure nine points from the remaining three group-stage matches after losing nine points in previous games.
“Our focus mentally, physically, and emotionally is on these points. We are determined to surprise Africa, starting February 1, and we believe we can claim three points at Benjamin Mkapa,” he said.
He also called for unity among fans, urging them to stop blaming each other and instead rally behind the team.
“This is not the time for finger-pointing. Simba can still achieve great things, win all three remaining matches, and qualify for the quarterfinals,” Ally emphasized.
