The Tanzania Electric Supply Company (TANESCO) has restored access to its customer service number 180 for clients using YAS and TTCL networks, following a brief technical disruption.
The company acknowledged the inconvenience caused by the outage and expressed gratitude to customers for their patience while the issue was resolved.
TANESCO reaffirmed its commitment to improving service delivery and ensuring that all customers can easily access support whenever needed.
The announcement was issued by the Director of Customer Communications and Services at TANESCO Headquarters in Dodoma.
