Mtumba Parliamentary candidate for CCM, Mr. Anthony Mavunde, has urged residents to actively participate in the upcoming October 29 General Election, emphasizing that voting is a powerful tool for shaping the future of their communities.

Mr. Mavunde addressed members of WAMHANGA FAMILY, a community group representing six wards in Mtumba constituency, calling on them to use their constitutional right to vote to elect leaders who will prioritize development, welfare, and growth over the next five years.

“The upcoming election is a chance for citizens to choose leaders who will ensure tangible development and progress in their communities,” he said.

Mr. Mavunde also encouraged residents to support CCM’s presidential candidate, Dr. Samia S. Hassan, and all CCM councilor candidates.

Chairman of WAMHANGA FAMILY, Mr. Motwa John Njilimuyi, said the group fully appreciates the importance of the election and pledged to mobilize its members to participate actively, fulfilling their civic duty to elect leaders committed to advancing local development.
