Lastmile Investment Co. Ltd., a leading player in Tanzania’s private health sector, has showcased a range of advanced disease testing devices aimed at improving health monitoring for citizens.

The announcement was made during the Tanzania Health Summit stakeholders’ meeting held on October 2 at JINCC, Dar es Salaam.

Pharmaceutical and Logistics Officer of the company said the devices are designed to empower individuals to take charge of their health by enabling timely and accurate testing.

“Our products help citizens assess their health status and make informed decisions,” he said.

Among the devices presented were Portable Immune Analyses kits, Vaginal Health Test Cards, and the Diabench Rapid Blood Type & Infectious Combo Test.

These tools offer quick, reliable results and make health screening more accessible across communities.

He advised the public against self-medication without proper testing, stressing that early detection and professional medical guidance are crucial for effective treatment.

“The message is clear: do not take medicines without first knowing your health status. Testing is the first step to proper care,” he added.
