The Sports Association of Public and Private Organizations in Tanzania (SHIMMUTA) is set to hold a specialized training session on September 2–3 in Mwanza, aimed at strengthening the skills of sports stakeholders across the country.
Speaking on August 27, 2025, SHIMMUTA Chairperson Roselyne Massam said the training will bring together sports leaders, sports officers, association officials, sports doctors, coaches, and physical education teachers.
She noted that participants are required to confirm their attendance by paying a fee of TZS 300,000.
“These sessions are part of our preparations for this year’s SHIMMUTA Games and are designed to equip stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed to perform at their best,” said Roselyne.
The Chairperson stressed that the training aims to enhance the capacity of sports stakeholders, helping them plan strategically, prepare effectively, and compete at a higher level.
