President of Mozambique, Daniel Chapo, paid a visit to the Tanzania Trade Development Authority (TanTrade) pavilion at the 60th International Trade Fair (FACIM 2025) in Maputo.
He was accompanied by Tanzania’s Ambassador to Mozambique, Hamad Khamis Hamad.
During the visit, TanTrade highlighted a wide range of Tanzanian products, including cashew nuts, coffee, Moringa honey, spices from Zanzibar, Tingatinga artworks, textiles, and tea, aimed at expanding market reach in the region.
President Chapo commended TanTrade for its proactive efforts in promoting Tanzanian goods and services, noting the pavilion’s role in strengthening bilateral trade relations.
FACIM 2025, which runs until August 31, 2025, is expected to open new market opportunities, particularly within Mozambique.
