Long-serving Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) member Iddy Mfinanga has taken the first step toward contesting the Makuyuni Ward councilor seat in Vunjo Constituency, officially collecting a nomination form under the party’s banner.
Mr. Mfinanga arrived at the CCM ward office in Makuyuni promptly at 8:00 a.m. on [insert date], accompanied by his wife and two children.
The family traveled in a private vehicle and was received by CCM Ward Secretary Halidi Msangi.
After a brief procedural briefing, Mr. Mfinanga was issued three copies of the nomination form, marking the formal beginning of his bid for the party’s endorsement.
