Yanga vs. Coastal Union: Who will make It to the CRDB Federation Cup round of 16?

Yanga will face Coastal Union tomorrow in a highly anticipated Round of 32 match in the CRDB Federation Cup, set to take place at the KMC Complex Stadium in Dar es Salaam.

Yanga’s Head of Media and Communications, Ally Kamwe, assured that preparations for the game are complete, with the players in high spirits and confident ahead of the match.

Kamwe called on fans and supporters to come out in large numbers to cheer on the team and motivate the players to perform at their best.

"Our primary goal is to excel in this competition and defend our title this year," Kamwe stated.

Meanwhile, Coastal Union’s Head Coach, Juma Mwambusi, expressed confidence in his team’s readiness for the game.

He highlighted that the coaching staff had prepared the players thoroughly, and now it’s up to them to execute the tactics they’ve learned during their training sessions.

"We are aware that we’re facing the defending champions, and we’ll approach the match with respect. However, we are fully committed to fighting for a positive result tomorrow," Mwambusi explained.

The winner of this match between Yanga and Coastal Union will advance to the Round of 16, joining teams such as Simba, Kagera Sugar, Mtibwa Sugar, KMC, Pamba Jiji, Mbeya City, Bigman, Singida Black Stars, Mbeya Kwanza, and Songea United.
