Mwambusi: We are ready to face Yanga in the CRDB Federation Cup

Coastal Union head coach Juma Mwambusi has expressed confidence ahead of their CRDB Federation Cup Round of 32 clash against defending champions Yanga, set to take place the day after tomorrow at KMC Complex in Dar es Salaam.

Speaking to The Respondent Online today, March 10, 2025, Mwambusi said his squad is wrapping up its final training sessions in Tanga before traveling to Dar es Salaam for the crucial encounter.

"We acknowledge that we are up against the reigning champions, and we respect them. However, we are prepared to give our all and fight for a positive result," he stated.

Mwambusi emphasized that his players are in great shape, highly motivated, and ready for the challenge. He also reassured fans that the team has a deep squad with no injury concerns and expressed hope that his players will remain fit until match day.
