Dar es Salaam– The Power & Elec Tanzania 2025 exhibition is drawing interest from a growing number of international companies eager to explore business and investment opportunities in Tanzania’s energy sector. Among them is GEM Company, an India-based global energy solutions provider, which sees the event as a gateway to expanding its presence in Africa.

In an exclusive interview, Rahul Gupta, CEO of GEM Company, expressed enthusiasm about participating in the exhibition—not just to showcase advanced energy technologies but also to explore potential collaborations with Tanzanian businesses and the government.

“Tanzania is on a promising path under the leadership of President Samia Suluhu Hassan, especially with policies that encourage clean and renewable energy development,” Gupta noted. “With our expertise in battery and electrical solutions, we believe we can support Africa’s growing need for reliable power infrastructure as it undergoes an industrial revolution.”

Gupta emphasized that true leadership in the energy sector is about solving real-world challenges and creating solutions that benefit both the private and public sectors. “Innovation must serve the community. It’s not just about leading in technology—it’s about making a difference,” he added.

The Power & Elec Tanzania 2025 exhibition is not just a platform for showcasing cutting-edge technologies—it’s a hub for exchanging innovative ideas, forming partnerships, and shaping the future of power solutions in Tanzania and beyond. With over 100 international exhibitors, the event continues to reinforce Tanzania’s role as a regional leader in sustainable energy development.

Running from February 5 to February 7, 2025, the exhibition is expected to open doors for groundbreaking collaborations, fostering new opportunities for economic growth and energy transformation.
