Yanga’s head coach, Saed Ramovic, has declared that tomorrow’s CRDB Federation Cup Round of 64 match against Copco FC will be a crucial step toward defending their title.

The highly anticipated game will kick off at 4:00 PM at the KMC Complex in Mwenge, Dar es Salaam, as Yanga aims to secure a decisive victory against their Mwanza-based opponents.

Speaking ahead of the match, Coach Ramovic acknowledged that some key players will be unavailable due to illness but reassured fans of the team's determination.

“We have prepared well to ensure we achieve a win tomorrow,” he said.

Meanwhile, Copco FC’s head coach, Lucas Mlingwa, expressed confidence in his team's readiness despite the challenge posed by their opponents.

“We are here to compete, fully aware of Yanga’s quality and the strength of their players. They are individually exceptional, and we respect their capabilities,” Mlingwa remarked.

He detailed his game plan, explaining, “Our focus will be on minimizing their space to play. If they dominate, we’ll counter with strong numbers in key areas. I believe this strategy will help us achieve our goals.”

Coach Mlingwa also highlighted the importance of mental preparation for his players. “We’ve worked on their psychology, as they are up against a big team with exceptional talent.

This mindset will be crucial in tomorrow’s match,” he concluded.

The stage is set for an exciting encounter as both teams gear up for the challenge. Fans can expect nothing less than an intense and competitive showdown.
