The Tanzania Volleyball Federation (TVF) has called on all stakeholders in the volleyball fraternity to complete their registration through an online system as part of preparations for the upcoming 2024/2025 season.
The registration period, which commenced on December 15, 2024, is scheduled to close on January 14, 2025, with no extensions anticipated.
Speaking to The Responded Online, TVF’s Public Relations Officer, Kepha Samwel Malecela, outlined the groups required to register, including clubs, coaches, players, referees, private institutions, talent development schools, academies, and training centers.
“Registration will be conducted exclusively online through a dedicated link available on the TVF website. We urge all stakeholders to ensure they complete this process within the given timeframe, as no extensions will be granted,” emphasized Malecela.
He also revealed that the registration guidelines have been updated, with revisions made to the 2023 regulations in November 2024 to meet the evolving needs of the sport. Malecela encouraged stakeholders to carefully review the updated guidelines before initiating their registration to ensure compliance.
“All leaders and stakeholders are advised to familiarize themselves with these revised regulations to avoid any inconveniences during the registration process,” he added.
Additionally, Malecela appealed to regional chairpersons to play an active role in disseminating this information to club leaders, coaches, and referees within their regions. He urged them to monitor the implementation process and assist clubs and institutions in issuing authorization letters to their representatives to ensure timely and accurate registration.
The TVF Executive Committee has reiterated its commitment to ensuring a smooth registration process and enhancing the organization’s overall operations ahead of the new season.
