JKT Tanzania's Head Coach, Hamad Ally, has attributed his team's failure to secure three points at home to a lack of composure among the players during their Tanzanian Premier League match at Meja General Isamuhyo Stadium, Dar es Salaam.
Yesterday's match against Pamba Jiji ended in a goalless draw, leaving both teams to settle for a single point each.
Coach Ally stated that his team could have achieved a more favorable result with better composure.
“We respected our opponents and they got the points they needed. However, we are preparing for upcoming matches to secure better results,” Ally said.
On the other hand, Pamba Jiji's Head Coach, Fredy Minziro, expressed gratitude for a safe and competitive match, commending his players for earning a point against a strong opponent.
“We respected our opponents; they have a good team with quality signings. However, our players performed well. There are minor mistakes that we will work on,” Minziro noted.
In another match, Kagera Sugar was held to a 1-1 draw by Namungo FC at Kaitaba Stadium in Kagera.
Namungo took the lead in the 60th minute through Hassan Kibunda, but Kagera Sugar equalized in the 64th minute with a goal by Peter Lwasa.
