Yana Corp hosted a
groundbreaking workshop on Thursday 5th December 2024 at the Julius
Nyerere International Convention Centre (JNICC) to unveil the latest version of
its ShuleApp, an advanced School Management System designed to
revolutionize educational management and learning.
The updated platform
promises to streamline operations for administrators and enhance the learning
experience for teachers and students alike.
The workshop drew
educators, school owners, and students eager to explore the app’s cutting-edge
features. Attendees engaged in hands-on demonstrations and provided feedback,
marking a milestone in modern school management systems.
Speaking at the event,
Yana Corp CEO, Ms. Nuru Lema, described ShuleApp as an all-encompassing
tool for schools of any size, integrating staff, administrators, and even
school bus drivers into a unified system. The app ensures real-time access to
essential data, enabling users to handle tasks and generate detailed reports
with ease.
“The app facilitates
communication, making it possible to respond to tasks and assignments promptly.
It also provides up-to-date reports tailored to each role, empowering schools
to operate more efficiently,” said Ms. Lema.
A key feature of the
upgraded ShuleApp is its seamless financial tracking system, which
simplifies payment monitoring and integrates effortlessly with banking
platforms.
Users praised the app
for its intuitive design and efficiency. Leyla Hassan, a nursery school owner from Kigamboni who attended the workshop, highlighted its practical benefits, saying, “The
system is incredibly flexible and adapts to various learning models. Its
dashboard is clear and easy to use. It’s a game-changer, and I highly recommend
it.”
Beyond administration, ShuleApp
offers tools for tracking academic progress, monitoring behavioral trends, and
enhancing parental involvement. Parents can view their children’s learning
activities and track school buses in real-time, ensuring both convenience and
safety.
The latest version of ShuleApp
supports over 1,000 students and includes 16 dynamic modules, catering to the
needs of both small and large institutions. Initially developed for nursery and
primary schools, the app has expanded its scope to cover secondary education,
evolving with the demands of its users.
By addressing the
challenges of modern education management, Yana Corp is setting new standards
in the sector. The company’s forward-thinking approach ensures that schools can
save time, improve efficiency, and focus on delivering quality education.
