Akiba Bank launches the "Twende Kidijitali" Campaign to revolutionize digital banking experience

Akiba Bank has launched its latest digital initiative, "Twende Kidijitali," aimed at providing fast and accessible financial solutions to customers wherever they may be.

The campaign, unveiled on December 12, 2024, in Dar es Salaam, seeks to enhance customer experiences by promoting modern and reliable digital services.

The operation encourages customers to embrace digital platforms like ACB Mobile, Internet Banking, VISA, and Akiba Agents, ensuring that financial services are at their fingertips.

Dr. Danford Muyango, Head of the Business Unit at Akiba Bank, highlighted the importance of leveraging technology to improve customer service and streamline access to banking solutions.

Dr. Muyango also introduced a festive twist to the campaign, with the addition of "Twende Kidijitali, Tukuvushe January," designed to support customers during January, a typically challenging financial month.

 The initiative not only promotes the adoption of Akiba Bank’s digital services but also gives customers a chance to win exciting prizes based on their digital transaction activity.

The campaign encourages customers to engage with Akiba Bank’s digital platforms, with opportunities to win major cash prizes based on the volume and value of their transactions.

There’s also a mini-draw for those who provide valuable feedback on their digital experience. In addition, customers who refer others to conduct transactions using Akiba’s digital services, such as ATM, POS, Mobile Banking, and Internet Banking, can also win prizes.
