DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA: Stakeholders in the energy sector, including investors, solar technology providers, electrical equipment manufacturers, industry experts and business leaders, have been encouraged to turn out in large numbers for the final day of the 10th Power & Energy Tanzania and 10th Solar Expo Tanzania, which concludes today, October 9, 2026, at the Diamond Jubilee Hall in Dar es Salaam.

The three-day exhibitions, which opened on Wednesday, October 7, have brought together local and international players to showcase innovative technologies, products and solutions aimed at improving energy access, enhancing electricity efficiency and accelerating the adoption of renewable energy, particularly solar power.

Throughout the exhibitions, participants have had opportunities to explore emerging technologies, exchange industry knowledge and establish business connections that could create new pathways for investment and collaboration in Tanzania and across the East African region.

As the exhibitions draw to a close, today's final session presents an important opportunity for stakeholders who have yet to attend to engage directly with participating companies, discover modern energy solutions and establish commercial relationships with technology providers and industry professionals.

The exhibitions come at a time when Tanzania continues to pursue investments in energy infrastructure, expand access to reliable electricity and promote cleaner energy solutions to support industrial growth, commercial activities and sustainable development.

Solar energy, in particular, continues to offer opportunities for businesses and institutions seeking alternative energy solutions while contributing to broader efforts to address climate change and advance the transition towards a more sustainable economy.

The exhibitions also provide a platform for strengthening partnerships between technology providers, investors and businesses, helping connect innovative energy solutions with the growing needs of Tanzania's economy.

Stakeholders and members of the public interested in the energy industry are therefore encouraged to visit the Diamond Jubilee Hall in Dar es Salaam today and take advantage of the final opportunity to explore the technologies, investment prospects and business partnerships on display before the exhibitions officially conclude.
