The head coach of Bright Future Football Academy, Mohamed Hamis Magali, has revealed the secret behind his team’s impressive performance at the DRFA Youth Bonanza for under-13 players.
Speaking to The Respondent, Magali said the team’s success was built on careful preparation, effective leadership, discipline, and strong cooperation between players and the coaching staff.
The tournament, held yesterday at the Azam Sports Grounds, brought together U13 and U15 teams from centers registered with the Tanzania Football Federation (TFF).
“Every team came well-prepared, and the young players displayed remarkable talent. These factors played a huge role in our victory,” Magali explained.
He added that the players’ skills created intense competition, with each team striving for positive results.
“I want to commend DRFA for this important initiative. Engaging young players in competitive tournaments helps nurture the stars of tomorrow,” he said.
Magali also stressed the importance of investing in youth football and urged that tournaments like this be held every three months to identify and develop talents that could shape the future of Tanzanian football.
