The leadership of the Dar es Salaam Regional Volleyball Association (DAREVA) will tomorrow convene a crucial meeting with club managers and coaches as preparations for the 2026 regional volleyball league intensify.
The meeting is scheduled to take place at Kampala International University, Dar es Salaam, and will involve clubs set to compete in this year’s DAREVA League, which is expected to tip off later this month at the KIUT courts.
Speaking ahead of the meeting, DAREVA Secretary General Clement Hema said the gathering aims to finalize key arrangements for the upcoming season.
He noted that discussions will focus on league preparations, including the competition schedule, rules and regulations, as well as other important operational matters intended to ensure the smooth and successful running of the league.
Hema urged all team officials to take the meeting seriously, stressing the importance of full participation.
“All team leaders, including managers and coaches, are required to attend the meeting on time and actively take part, as the resolutions to be reached will play a vital role in the success of this year’s league,” he said.
