Simba Football Club will take on Mbeya City tomorrow in a crucial Tanzania Mainland Premier League clash at Major General Isamuhyo Stadium, with both teams eyeing all three points to boost their league standings.
The match comes amid significant changes on both benches. Simba recently parted ways with General Manager Dimitar Pantev, while Mbeya City dismissed Head Coach Hamsini Malale in a bid to shake up performance ahead of this encounter.
Speaking to journalists on November 3, 2025, Simba Assistant Coach Selemani Matola stressed the importance of the game and reaffirmed the team’s determination.
“We approach this match with maximum focus. Every game in this league is challenging, and tomorrow is no exception. We have prepared thoroughly and are determined to secure all three points,” Matola said.
Forward David Kameta added that the team has been working on new strategies and will implement different tactics compared to their previous matches to ensure a positive result.
Mbeya City Head Coach Patrick Mwangata acknowledged Simba’s strength but insisted his team is ready for the test.
“It will be a tough match, but we are confident. We have prepared a strong squad to fight for these important points. I have experience in this league, and even though we’ve had some changes in coaching staff, we are focused and ready to perform,” Mwangata said.
With both sides eager to assert their dominance and climb the league table, tomorrow’s clash promises intense action and high drama at Isamuhyo Stadium.
