Tanzania Volleyball Federation (TVF) President, Engineer Magoti Mtani, has reappointed Laurence Safari as the federation’s Secretary General following the successful conclusion of the TVF General Election.
The election, held on December 21 this year in Dodoma, ushered in a new four-year leadership term for the federation.
Safari, who previously served in the same role, returns to head the TVF secretariat, a position that places him at the centre of the federation’s day-to-day administration and strategic coordination.
Confirming the appointment, TVF Information Officer Kepha Malecela said the Secretary General has already resumed office and commenced execution of his official duties.
“The federation congratulates Laurence Safari on his reappointment as Secretary General and wishes him every success as he undertakes his responsibilities in the new leadership term,” Malecela said.
Meanwhile, the federation has also appointed Saumu Agapa, Julieth Julius, Mwajuma Issa, Auxillius Audax and Julius Kisageto as Assistant Secretaries, completing the key administrative structure for the new TVF leadership.
