MP Masache urges religious leaders to promote peace and development

Mbeya Region’s Lupa Constituency MP, Masache Kasaka, has called on religious leaders in Chunya District to continue fostering peace, unity, and collaboration for the district’s development.

Speaking at a meeting with leaders from various faiths, MP Masache emphasized the role of religious institutions in supporting social cohesion and prayed for the nation’s leadership ahead of Tanzania’s Independence Day on December 9, 2025.

He urged religious leaders to strengthen cooperation within their communities and contribute positively to local development initiatives.


The meeting was attended by key district officials, including the Chunya District CCM Chairman, the District Administrative Secretary, the District Security Officer (DSO), and the Officer Commanding the District (OCD), who accompanied MP Masache during the discussions.
