ACT Wazalendo Mkoani Pemba mourns Kianga branch secretary

ACT Wazalendo in Mkoani Region, Pemba, has conveyed its deepest condolences to residents of Ole Constituency following the death of the party’s Kianga Branch Secretary, describing the loss as a heavy blow to the party and the wider community.

In a condolence message issued on December 30, 2025, the regional leadership said the late leader was a dedicated and courageous cadre who devoted his life to serving both the party and the people. 

He was praised as a committed patriot who consistently championed justice, equality and inclusive development in Ole Constituency and Zanzibar at large.

The party noted that the deceased played a key role in strengthening ACT Wazalendo at the grassroots level, mobilising citizens and safeguarding democratic values. 

His contribution, the statement said, will remain part of the party’s institutional memory and public life in the constituency.

ACT Wazalendo acknowledged the deep pain facing the bereaved family, party members and residents of Ole, calling on them to remain patient, united and steadfast during the period of mourning, while accepting the will of the Almighty.

The Mkoani regional leadership reaffirmed that the party stands in solidarity with the people of Ole, pledging to uphold and advance the values, vision and commitment demonstrated by the late leader in service to the community.

The party concluded by praying for the Almighty to grant eternal rest to the departed soul and to give strength, comfort and patience to the bereaved family and all those affected by the loss.
