Yanga SC step up preparations ahead of KMC clash

Dar es Salaam. Young Africans SC (Yanga) has intensified preparations for their NBC Premier League encounter against KMC, set for November 9 at the KMC Complex in Dar es Salaam.

Ally Kamwe, Yanga’s Media and Communications Manager, said the entire squad has returned to camp, with training sessions fully underway as the team focuses on securing maximum points.

“After a short break, our attention is now fully on the match against KMC. They will be playing at their home ground, so we are concentrating our energy and strategy to ensure a strong performance and a positive result,” Kamwe said.

He added that the club’s main goal is to maintain its form in the league and continue competing at the highest level.

Regarding the postponed match against Tanzania Prisons, initially scheduled at Jamhuri Stadium in Dodoma, Kamwe said Yanga is awaiting a new fixture date from the Tanzania Premier League Board (TPLB).

“We apologize to our supporters from various branches who had already prepared to travel to Dodoma. The match has been postponed, and we kindly ask everyone to wait for official guidance from TPLB,” he stated.

As the season progresses, Yanga is determined to maintain momentum, with fans eagerly anticipating a commanding performance against KMC.
