The Tanzania Volleyball Federation (TVF) has officially opened the nomination and submission process for candidates aspiring to key leadership positions, running from today until November 24, 2025.

The General Election, set for December 21, 2025, in Dodoma, will select leaders to guide the federation for the next four years.

TVF Election Committee Secretary, Inhard Mushongi, confirmed that all preparations for the election are complete and urged stakeholders and aspiring leaders to participate actively.

“Today marks the start of form collection and submission. We call on all individuals with a genuine vision for the growth of volleyball in Tanzania to step forward and take part,” Mushongi said.

To make the process more accessible, application forms are available on the official TVF website, allowing candidates from across the country to participate without difficulty.

Mushongi outlined the positions and fees for prospective candidates: President – TZS 1,000,000, Vice President – TZS 1,000,000, and Board Members – TZS 500,000.

All payments must be made through the official TVF account, and candidates are required to present payment receipts when submitting their forms.

The positions open for election include one President, one Vice President, two male Board Members, and two female Board Members.

He concluded by emphasizing the committee’s commitment to ensuring that the election process is conducted transparently, fairly, and in line with national sports election regulations.
