The excitement surrounding Piku Africa’s innovative online auction platform continues to grow, as three young participants from Dar es Salaam have emerged winners of electronic items worth over TZS 3 million.
Among the lucky winners is Sara Kyando (23), a resident of Kinondoni and employee at an education-focused company, who won a Samsung A06 smartphone valued at TZS 250,000.
She said she discovered Piku through Instagram and decided to try her luck after seeing other winners online.
“I decided to participate after seeing that others were winning, and it worked. I encourage fellow youth to make good use of social media by joining such platforms because they offer genuine opportunities to access quality products at affordable prices,” said Sara with a smile.
Another winner, Gloria Emil (28) from Tegeta, also walked away with a Samsung A06 smartphone. She said the win came at the perfect time since her previous phone had broken down.
“With this new phone from Piku, I can communicate better with my family and customers. I’m grateful for this opportunity because it has made running my small business much easier,” she said.
For Obeid Joshua (20) from Mbezi, the win was even bigger. He took home an LG television set and an Airtel router with a one-year internet package, prizes valued at TZS 2.4 million.
“I came across Piku through social media after seeing an advert about a previous winner who received a new TVS motorbike. That motivated me to join and now I’m a proud winner myself,” he said, describing Piku as “genuine, transparent, and exciting for young people.”
He encouraged other Tanzanian youth to participate, noting that the platform offers numerous prizes daily.
“Even if you don’t win the first time, keep trying because every day brings new chances and different products,” Obeid added.
Piku Africa’s brand ambassador, Saphiness Rabieth, said the company has built a trusted reputation by ensuring that all participants have access to modern, high-quality products through fair and transparent digital auctions.
“We give out prizes every day, including Samsung A06 smartphones every three days. To participate, users only need to download the Piku App from the Play Store or App Store. Auction tickets are available from as little as TZS 1,000 to TZS 100,000,” she said.
With growing participation across the country, Piku Africa continues to establish itself as one of Tanzania’s most trusted digital auction platforms offering affordable, transparent, and exciting opportunities for people to win valuable products through technology.
