Tanzania midfielder Elizabeth Nashon has officially joined Simba Queens, signing a two-year contract ahead of this season’s competitions.
Before her move, Nashon played for Ceasia Queens in Iringa Region, where she earned praise for her versatility and ability to influence games from multiple positions on the field.
Simba Queens’ official app highlighted her adaptability, noting that she can effectively operate in several roles, including as a defensive or attacking midfielder in the number six position.
“Elizabeth will be a major boost for Simba Queens and the Tanzania national team, Twiga Stars,” the statement added, underscoring expectations for her contribution both at club and national levels.
Her arrival is expected to strengthen Simba Queens’ midfield and provide greater tactical flexibility as the team aims for success in domestic and regional competitions.
