TARURA Musoma workers commended for constructing projects according to financial value

The leader of the Uhuru Torch , Comrade Ismail Ali Ussi, has commended TARURA workers in Musoma District for working diligently and ensuring the construction of road infrastructure projects according to the actual value of the funds.  

Comrade Ussi made these remarks while laying the foundation stone for the construction of the 700-meter tarmac road from Nyabisarye to the High Court in the Musoma Zone.  

Ussi stated that the government has been investing significant funds in road infrastructure projects to ease access to services for citizens in their areas, enabling them to carry out economic activities and earn a living.  

On his part, the Acting District Manager of Musoma, Engineer Mohamed Etanga, said a total of 600.97 million shillings has been allocated for the construction of the 700-meter tarmac road from Nyabisarye to the High Court.  

He explained that the construction of the road began in October last year and is expected to be completed by September 2025.  

Engineer Etanga added that once completed, the road will serve as a link between Bweri Ward and Rwamlimi Ward, becoming a major connection for citizens to easily access social services.
